About the clinic
A surgeon who would rather talk you out of it than oversell it
Cosmetico is a small, appointment-only aesthetic practice in F-7 Markaz. The work is done by the surgeon you meet at consultation — not passed on to someone else.

Also at Cosmetico
Dr. Farzana Abdullah
Works alongside Dr. Kamal across consultations and non-surgical treatments, and is often the first person patients speak to about their concerns.
Lead surgeon
Dr. Kamal Ud Din Khan
MBBS, FCPS (Plastic Surgery) · Assistant Professor
Dr. Kamal trained as a plastic surgeon in the demanding setting of public teaching hospitals, where reconstruction after burns and trauma leaves little room for shortcuts. That background shapes how he approaches cosmetic work: anatomy first, proportion second, trends never.
Patients most often come to him for rhinoplasty and FUE hair transplantation, two procedures where the difference between a good and an obvious result is measured in millimetres and in planning. He will show you what is realistic for your features, and say so clearly when what you are asking for would not look right.
Alongside private practice, he teaches as an Assistant Professor and previously headed the Plastic Surgery and Burns Department at Balochistan University of Medical and Health Sciences.

Philosophy of care
Choosing surgery on your own face or body is a big decision, and most people arrive carrying a mix of hope and hesitation. The first consultation exists to make room for that: what is bothering you, what you have already tried, and what you actually want to look like afterwards.
From there you get an honest answer — including the option of doing nothing, or doing something smaller. Nobody at Cosmetico will ask you to decide on the day.
The clinic
Comfort, hygiene and equipment you can ask about
You are welcome to see the treatment rooms before committing to anything.

Sterile, single-use standards
Instruments are sterilised to hospital protocol and disposables are never reused. Theatre discipline does not change because a procedure is cosmetic.
Modern equipment
Dedicated FUE workstations, medical-grade laser and PRP systems, and monitored anaesthesia for surgical cases.
Private and unhurried
Consultations are one-to-one and appointment-based, so you are never rushed or seen in a crowded waiting area.
Aftercare that continues
Written recovery instructions, a direct line for questions, and personal follow-up calls from Dr. Kamal after surgery.
